Returns & Exchanges

All custom orders and products purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items can be exchanged if they are returned to us:

  • in new condition
  • have not been washed and/or worn
  • tags are still attached
  • the product has not been exposed to animals or scents of any kind

Please send us an email to info@palihandmade.com to make arrangements to receive your item.

Once your item(s) are received a store credit will be issued and can be used for future purchases. Store credits do not expire and can only be used on www.palihandmade.com . Full refunds are not available.

Upon receipt, your item(s) will be inspected and Pali Handmade reserves the right to refuse and return the product back to you if it does not meet the above criteria.

Please be advised that Pali Handmade is not responsible if your item becomes lost, damaged or stolen in the mail while en route to us. It is your responsibility to ensure it gets back to us safe and sound!
